Account Rules

Your 32gamespk account is personal to you. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs on your account, whether conducted by you or by any other person who has access to it. You must take all reasonable steps to ensure your login credentials are kept secure and confidential.

Account Security

• Do not share your password with anyone. 32gamespk will never ask for your full password via chat, email, or phone.

Account Closure

32gamespk reserves the right to suspend or close any account where we have reasonable grounds to believe a breach of these Terms has occurred, where fraud or money laundering is suspected, or where the account is subject to a legal dispute or regulatory requirement. In such cases, funds may be held pending investigation.

Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on 32gamespk are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals:

Deposit Rules

• You may only deposit using a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted under any circumstances.
• Deposits credited to your 32gamespk wallet are available for wagering immediately. No deposit can be reversed once it has been accepted onto the platform.

Withdrawal Rules

• Any bonus balance not yet converted to real money balance due to incomplete wagering will not be included in withdrawal amounts.

Bonuses and Promotions

General Bonus Rules

• Bonuses are credited to your bonus balance and are separate from your real money balance. Your real money balance is always used first when wagering.
• Each promotion has a stated wagering requirement. This is a multiple of the bonus amount that must be wagered before any winnings generated from the bonus can be withdrawn. For example, a 5x wagering requirement on a Rs 1,000 bonus means you must wager Rs 5,000 before those winnings convert to real money.
• Wagering contributions vary by game type on 32gamespk. Sports and cricket betting contribute 100%. Aviator and slots contribute 100%. Teen Patti and Poker contribute 20%. Other games may have different contribution rates as stated on the relevant promotion page.
• Bonuses have time limits. If wagering requirements are not met within the stated period, the bonus and any winnings generated from it expire and are removed from your account.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per player. Players who create multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times will have all accounts and balances forfeited.
• 32gamespk reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Promotions that are live when amended will honour the original terms for players who have already claimed them, unless fraud is suspected.
• Free bet winnings are paid as real money. The free bet stake itself is not included in the return.

Betting Rules

The following rules apply to all sports betting and games on 32gamespk. Game-specific rules for Poker, Teen Patti, Ludo, and Aviator are published separately within each game section.

General Betting Rules

• A bet is considered final and binding once it has been accepted by the 32gamespk system and a confirmation reference number has been issued. Bets cannot be cancelled by the player after acceptance.
• If an event is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned before completion, all bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned unless the specific rules for that market state otherwise.
• In-play bets are accepted in real time. The platform is not liable for any delays in transmission that may affect the timing of a bet placement. Bets placed after a relevant event has occurred but where data transmission has not yet updated the platform will be voided.
• Maximum payout limits apply per bet and per day. These limits are displayed in the relevant betting section. Winnings in excess of these limits will be paid at the stated maximum.
• 32gamespk reserves the right to limit or refuse bets from any player at its discretion, including where unusual betting patterns, large bet sizes, or suspected match fixing is identified.
• Odds are subject to change up until the time a bet is accepted. The odds displayed at the time of acceptance are the final odds for that bet.

Cricket Betting Specific Rules

• A match must reach a minimum number of overs (as stated in the market rules) for bets to stand. If the minimum is not reached due to weather, pitch conditions, or other factors, bets will be voided.
• DLS (Duckworth-Lewis-Stern) adjusted results are recognised as official match results for betting purposes.
• Player performance markets (top scorer, most wickets) will be settled based on official scorecards published by the relevant cricket board.

Fair Play and Prohibited Conduct

• Arbitrage abuse: Exploiting differences between odds on 32gamespk and other platforms in a systematic way that constitutes abuse rather than genuine customer play.

• Money laundering: Using the 32gamespk platform to deposit, wager, and withdraw funds for the purpose of making illegally obtained money appear legitimate. 32gamespk is required by applicable regulations to report suspicious transactions.
• Chargebacks: Filing a chargeback with your bank or payment provider for a deposit that was genuinely made and processed on 32gamespk. Chargebacks will result in immediate account suspension pending investigation.
